Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is included in both billing options, alongside maintenance, upgrades and support. We discuss your store’s requirements during discovery.
Do I need an Adobe Commerce licence?
No. Carbon’s B2B capabilities work on Magento Open Source. Carbon can also be used with Adobe Commerce if you already have a licence.
What about implementation and integrations?
Implementation, migration and bespoke integrations are scoped and quoted separately. We agree the work and its cost before your project begins.
Can Carbon be customised?
Yes. Carbon can be adapted by your developer or agency to suit your design, workflows and integrations.
Can I run B2B and B2C together?
Yes. Carbon supports trade, retail and hybrid stores. A Carbon licence covers the websites and stores within a single Magento installation.
